Hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (Beijing Chamber of International Commerce), Chinese Association of Refrigeration (CAR), Chinese Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Industry Association (CRAA), Shanghai Society of Refrigeration and Shanghai Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute, and organized by the Beijing International Exhibition Center, the 35th International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation, Frozen Food Processing, Packaging and Storage (hereinafter referred to as China Refrigeration Expo) will be held at the China International Exhibition Centre(Shunyi Hall), Beijing from April 8th to 10th, 2024.
After 37 years of development and innovation, China Refrigeration Expo has become one of the largest professional exhibitions in the field of HVAC in the world. It has a number of authoritative certifications such as the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), the US DOC and the China Association for Exhibition Centers (CAEC), making it the first choice for world-renowned brands to participate in the exhibition and widely recognized by the global industry.
With the theme of "Focus on global cooling, heating and climate change; Devoted to system performance improvement and systematic and integrity innovation", there will be a total of 9 exhibition halls covering an exhibition area of 103,500m2 at the China Refrigeration Expo this year. Nearly 1,100 exhibitors will be unveiled. It is expected to attract more than 60,000 visitors. This year's exhibition presents the following features that are worth looking forward to:
1. Well-known enterprises at home and abroad will participate in the "industrial grand event"
With the easing of the epidemic regulations, China Refrigeration Expo, as an international exhibition, witnesses the rebounding proportion of international exhibitors. The exhibitors of the Expo this year are from 19 countries. Domestic and foreign enterprises are enthusiastic about participating in the exhibition, actively "competing" for the booths of China Refrigeration Expo. Well-known brands will gather at the Expo.
2. Actively carry out professional exchanges and organization of professional visitors
In addition to professional exhibitions, the professional conferences held during the exhibitions have always been the focus of attention of exhibitors and visitors. This year, following the current trend of the industry, the organizing committee of China Refrigeration Expo will hold theme forums and a number of symposiums with abundant contents. With the help of the exhibition platform, exhibitors will also hold several technical exchange meetings, new product launches and new technology promotion meetings. Furthermore, the organizing committee will continue to actively carry out the organization of professional visitor groups, strengthen in-depth communication activities with exhibitors, and provide in-depth services for exhibitors.
3. Carry out selections for innovative products and gold award products, and set up demonstration areas in combination with industry hot spots
As the release window for exhibitors' technological innovation, the innovative product selection fully reflects the latest technological achievements and development direction of the industry. In addition to innovative product selection activities, the organizing committee will also organize the gold award product selection to further encourage industry enterprises to innovate and strive for excellence. According to domestic and foreign policies and current industry hot spots, the organizing committee will set up four exhibition areas, namely Demonstration Area of Light Commercial Refrigeration Technology and Solutions, the Ozone2Climate Technology Roadshow, the Heat Pump Area and China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning After-market Standard Service Exhibition Area. The latest application achievements will be exhibited at the special exhibition areas, focusing on the development hotspots of industry segments.
4. Safeguard exhibitors' intellectual property rights with stronger protection methods
Since China Refrigeration Expo is a large-scale international exhibition, the organizing committee will strictly review the qualifications of exhibitors, sign a letter of commitment to intellectual property protection with each exhibitor, take corresponding measures against illegal exhibitors, establish a blacklist of illegal enterprises, and implement an exhibition ban system. The intellectual property booth will continue to be set up at the exhibition site, and professionals in law, intellectual property rights, patents and other fields will be invited to the exhibition to effectively provide exhibitors with relevant services in intellectual property disputes.
5. Present a digital refrigeration exhibition with the power of Internet
The organizing committee will make full use of its own media platforms to promote the exhibition in an all-round way through self-media platforms such as official websites, publications, live broadcasts, Wechat public accounts/mini app, and TikTok/video accounts. Up to now, the official self-media platforms of China Refrigeration Expo have been followed by 250,000 fans. With the wide industry coverage and strong communication, the domestic and foreign users and people in the industry who cannot attend the exhibition in person could also participate in.
This year is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
